In-house invoicing system in development, designed to comply with VERI*FACTU.
What it is
In-house invoicing software system, currently in development, designed to comply with VERI*FACTU in continuous submission mode to the AEAT, under Real Decreto 1007/2023 and Orden HAC/1177/2024. It is an internal project of MEREBA, is not sold to third parties, and is shown here as an example of its development capability in invoicing and regulatory compliance.

- Designed to number invoices consecutively and under lock.
- Verifiable chain of SHA-256 fingerprints between invoices, in development.
- XML generation intended to be validated against the official AEAT schemas.
- Tax QR code at legal size and invoice PDF signed with PAdES-LTA (in development).
- Asynchronous submission queue designed to retry with the exact bytes.
- Compliance engine separate from the web layer, so that it can be tested in isolation.
