Urgency
A surcharge of +50% on the service price, with delivery within 72 hours, where the case allows it.
Advance payment
Advance payment of 100% on engagements of up to €600. Above that amount, 50% on accepting the quote and 50% on delivery.
Court appointments
Court appointments and legal-aid assignments are accepted at the official scale of fees.

- Deadlines are working days from receiving the material and acceptance of the quote.
- Prices are shown without VAT and with VAT included.
Ratification at trial
Ratification of the report at trial, in person, in Galicia, Asturias, León and Madrid.

Terms of engagement
Written quote
Every engagement starts with a fixed written quote, which is accepted in writing before work begins.
Advance payment
100% is paid on engagements of up to €600; above that, 50% on accepting the quote and 50% on delivery.
Cancellation
If the engagement is cancelled, the work done is invoiced at the technical hourly rate and the rest of the advance is refunded.
Who contracts
Quotes and invoices are issued by Medición de Restricciones Básicas, S.L. (the MEREBA brand). The expert, Jacinto Parga, writes and signs the report as an individual, as the Civil Procedure Act requires.
