We analyse the opposing expert report or digital evidence and write a reasoned report challenging it: which method was used, what was not checked and which conclusions do not hold. After STS 116/2025, the value lies in a reasoned challenge, which is what this report provides. From €750 + VAT (€907.50 incl. VAT).

When you need it

The other side has submitted an expert report and you want to rebut it with technical arguments.
Digital evidence is submitted without an expert report and you wish to challenge it with reasons.
The opposing report's conclusions do not explain the method or the data they rely on.
The pre-trial hearing or trial is approaching and you need to prepare technical questions for the opposing expert.

Urgency

A surcharge of +50% on the service price, with delivery within 72 hours, where the case allows it.

Advance payment

Advance payment of 100% on engagements of up to €600. Above that amount, 50% on accepting the quote and 50% on delivery.

Ratification at trial

Ratification of the report at trial, in person, in Galicia, Asturias, León and Madrid.

A fixed written quote before starting.
The report follows UNE 197001:2019 and is checked with our own Checker before delivery.
Deadlines are working days from receiving the material and acceptance of the quote.

Frequently asked questions

When should it be commissioned?

As soon as possible. The deadlines are set by the proceedings: check the dates with your lawyer and let us know.

Is the original material needed?

With the report alone we can assess method and consistency. To test the facts we need access to the material it is based on.

Can you ensure that the opposing report will fail?

No. The report sets out the technical flaws we find and their consequences; weighing the evidence is for the court.

How does it differ from the preliminary technical note?

The preliminary note is a short note to decide whether to challenge. The rebuttal is the full report, meant to be filed in the proceedings.

Do you ratify the report at trial?

Yes. Ratification in court is quoted separately; its terms are on the fees page.
