We analyse accounting, payment and invoicing data to find duplicates, anomalies and how they evolve over time. We start with a fixed-price diagnosis of €650 + VAT (€786.50 incl. VAT); if more work is needed, the technical hour is €95 + VAT (€114.95 incl. VAT), with a quote and a cap.

There are invoicing discrepancies between two parties and each submits its own figures.

Urgency

A surcharge of +50% on the service price, with delivery within 72 hours, where the case allows it.

Advance payment

Advance payment of 100% on engagements of up to €600. Above that amount, 50% on accepting the quote and 50% on delivery.

Ratification at trial

Ratification of the report at trial, in person, in Galicia, Asturias, León and Madrid.

A fixed written quote before starting.
The report follows UNE 197001:2019 and is checked with our own Checker before delivery.
Deadlines are working days from receiving the material and acceptance of the quote.

What does the diagnosis include?

A first analysis of the data at a fixed price and a write-up of the findings and of what going deeper would cost.

What format do I need the data in?

Common exports work, such as spreadsheets, text files or databases. We settle this in the initial consultation.

Is it an audit?

No. It is an expert report: it analyses specific data to answer specific questions in proceedings or an internal investigation.

How is the data handled?

The data is used only for the engagement. If you need it, a confidentiality agreement is signed.
