We forensically acquire and analyse a mobile phone or a computer to establish what data it holds, and when and how it was created, and we preserve it with a chain of custody. It is needed when the contents of a device are the evidence or must be preserved before they are lost. From €950 + VAT (€1,149.50 incl. VAT) for a phone and from €1,500 + VAT (€1,815.00 incl. VAT) for a computer.

When you need it

A former employee is suspected of taking company information.
Data has been deleted and you need to establish what was deleted and when.
The contents of a device must be preserved with safeguards before they change.

Urgency

A surcharge of +50% on the service price, with delivery within 72 hours, where the case allows it.

Advance payment

Advance payment of 100% on engagements of up to €600. Above that amount, 50% on accepting the quote and 50% on delivery.

Ratification at trial

Ratification of the report at trial, in person, in Galicia, Asturias, León and Madrid.

A fixed written quote before starting.
The report follows UNE 197001:2019 and is checked with our own Checker before delivery.
Deadlines are working days from receiving the material and acceptance of the quote.

Frequently asked questions

Can you recover deleted messages?

It depends on the device, the system, the time elapsed and whether the data has been overwritten. We assess it in the consultation and do not promise recovery.

Can I have an employee's phone analysed?

There must be a legal basis, such as consent, a court order or a valid internal policy. It is best to review this first with your lawyer.

How long will I be without the device?

The acquisition time depends on the equipment and is stated in the quote.

What if there are several devices?

Each device is quoted at its own price. Tablets, drives and other media are assessed in the initial consultation.
