When you need it

A recording of a conversation is submitted as evidence and it is disputed that it is complete.
A video or audio file shows cuts, jumps or inconsistencies that could point to editing.
A piece of content is suspected of having been generated or altered with artificial intelligence.
The date or origin of a recording is key and is disputed.

An expert report in line with UNE 197001:2019, checked with our own Checker.
The analysis of the format, metadata and file structure.
A study of signal continuity and of signs of editing or synthesis, with their limits.
Custody of the original with its hash value.

Urgency

A surcharge of +50% on the service price, with delivery within 72 hours, where the case allows it.

Advance payment

Advance payment of 100% on engagements of up to €600. Above that amount, 50% on accepting the quote and 50% on delivery.

Ratification at trial

Ratification of the report at trial, in person, in Galicia, Asturias, León and Madrid.

A fixed written quote before starting.
The report follows UNE 197001:2019 and is checked with our own Checker before delivery.
Deadlines are working days from receiving the material and acceptance of the quote.

Frequently asked questions

Can you tell whether a voice is synthetic?

We look for technical signs of synthetic generation. In some cases the result is not conclusive and the report says so.

Is the original file needed?

Yes: the original or the copy closest to it. A recompressed copy, or one forwarded through a messaging app, loses information.

How long does it take?

15 working days from receiving the material and acceptance of the quote.

Do you provide transcripts?

The service is the analysis of integrity and authenticity. If you need a transcript, mention it in the initial consultation.
